If you wanted to mill your opponent's deck, I would recommend Wight of Precinct Six.

on the other hand, I would recommend cards that  gain benefits from discarding and exiling cards.

Okay, I'll remove that.

What I wanted to do was have the spells which make either me or an opponent mill cards - if it was me I could then you cards like macabre waltz or shamble back to bring creatures back...
