Standard Zombie Deck (VA)

After the pre release I decided that I might build a Zombie deck. I added Kalitas as I like how he can get bigger while sacrificing zombies and he also makes more zombie tokens which is a little bit of what I want to do. This deck is almost finished and is supposed to basically create a Zombie apocalypse during the game. I am thinking of taking out the undead servants and the silumgar butchers but I do not know what to replace them with. Please leave your comments and advice. Greatly appreciated!

I built something similar, with blue -run screeching skaab and stitchwing skaab over the undead servant and butcher and throw in 4 prized amalgams over rancid rats.  I am also running 4 lilianas indignations over cards like read the bones and bone splinter as a finisher.  Good luck.
