Need Basic Esper Help

Above is a very, very rough framework for the deck. Its for a multiplayer format and we are balancing decks by limiting them to 2 rares and 12 uncommons. I want to go esper flyer control with tons of removal, blue for cancel-type spells, black kill spells, white damage prevention, etc. Any and all thoughts welcomed. Also, I will only need to hit one player at a time so basically it can be slow since I have teammates late game is more important.
