Ok, so some thoughts...
you'll want at the very least 20 land, perhaps more.
You'll almost certainly want 4 hedron crab
I like startled awake a lot
You'll likely want to narrow down the other creatures in the deck a lot more.

cut:
coutnerspell for an easier to cast counter -- manaleak, or remand (is super good; it does not look good, but the card draw is amazing).

surgical extraction (it's a SB card)

Consuming Aberation/Ashiok/Nemesis of Reason/Circu/Dimir doppelganger should be narrowed down to at most 4 cards (rather than the current 6).

   If the deck is Blue and Black then the color symbol for the deck would be UB not BB. Also if you do choose to go this route then I suggest either looking at the Dimir Guild's Blue and Black cards and the Theros blocks' Phenax and mill related cards.
