Have you considered replacing the 3 Undying Evil with Power Conduits. I mean your creatures are undying already why waste a spell on them. The Power Conduit on the other hand can grant you immortal creature because you can simply remove the counter on them and trigger the ability again and again. Bone splinters work great for that typ of deck but if you want a alternative I just can recommend Tragic Slip. This'll work just as fine without chewing as drastically trough your creatures.

Hey, you could use blood bairn or bloodthrone vampire on this deck, maybe replacing tymaret, the murder king, since blood bairn and bloodthrone vampire both can make you sacrifice your creatures for free, while making them bigger on the process. Also, if you happen to have a lot of black mana, you can sacrifice all your creatures and remove all counter with retribution of the ancients repeatedly, triggering everything that triggers on your creatures' deaths for free (since diferently from tymaret, you won't need mana to sacrifice)
Another good option is to maybe, find place for a Death Pit offering.
