This deck relies on the typical elvish mana ramp to establish a quick mana base. Its strategy is to use the artifact transmutation effects to change the opponent's permanents into artifacts. Then it destroys everything with various removal spells. You can use Liquimetal Coating/Myr Landshaper + Splinter and destroy all of the opponent's lands. You can also board-wipe Apocalypse-style with Mycosynth Lattice + Bane of Progress
