What format is it, casual or legacy?

It seems like it should be modern, but the third edition regrowth is throwing it off

i think i'm going with legacy.. sorry, i'm actually quite new to magic! what do you think about it?

It's definetly not a problem, I think that this should be modern because some cards are 6-7 mana in this deck, and modern will usually take about 3-5 turns. I think that possibly adding a couple Harrow s would be a good idea because then you can get your mana faster for your bigger creatuers
