Looks like a very fun aggressive tribal deck. My only suggestion is that it looks a little creature light. I might cut some or maybe even all copies of Graf Harvest for a zombie lord, something like Diregraf Captain perhaps which discourages blocking your zombie hordes anyway because of the life loss. If you want more 1-drops, a copy or two of Grave Crawler might be good.
