I'm curious as to why run Wanderwine Hub at all. You have no white mana needs. Are you that afraid of Choke/Boil? I play Merfolk too, and have not seen need for them in Mono-Blue. Sea's Claim is a good way to disrupt, though I find 4 Spreading Seas is usually enough. I'd add more Vapor Snags/Remands.

Yes, I have been having some trouble with those in my playgroup, so that's why I added Wanderwine. I had more Vapors and Remands in, but I found that I needed more things so I can use my Island walk. That's why I put Aquitect's Will (which I'll exchange for Sea's Claim).
