Looks good. Maybe go UB and add Contraband Kingpin to give your 0-drops more value? OR UR and add Quicksmith Genius

Or UW and Sram's expertise for more artifacts, or add the clues mechanics with some green or white and bygone bishop

Oh, and merchant's dockhand is an excellent card for improvise deck too, and adds creatures that cost less than three for the bygone bishop to trigger

well, you can cast Breaker of Armies in the 3rd round... could be good respond to Saheeli Rai and Felidar Guardian?

@DAM20 Don't think it is the best response to that. Realistically it's a turn 5 drop the majority of the time and Saheeli + Felidar can go infinite at any time turn 4 or later. For turn 3 you need to be able to cast reverse engineer on turn two and draw into the right stuff. If you end up fighting that combo you definitely need to sideboard some cheaper counterspells to stall for a little. I'll add that to my suggested sideboard
