The goal is to get any 2 of the wispweaver angel or felidar gardians to continuously blink eachother an infinite number of times while either outpost siege or ninth bridge patrol are on the field.  This will either create an creature with infinite power that will kill you, or do infinite damage to your opponent.  Vessel of Volatility speeds up the deck for mana.  Topplegeist is a cheap drop that can tap creatures and block fliers.  Most people don't play many humans, so, repel becomes a fog effect. Authority of consuls stalls and gains you life while you set up your combo. Burning anger / Chandra's ignition throw damage at your opponent (hopefully, a really big ninth bridge patrol to end the game).

You could run impact tremors and just use that to finish the opponent, too.
