Is a good idea, but are you sure if a Demon is a good option? 3 black mana... and why not sunked hollow or chucked sun? broken constriction is good for that deck? is not better disallow or maybe more better counters for baral?

I'm not sure about this build yet, but I like the idea of using counter spells and removal to put cards in their graveyard, then use the demon to steal them.
