Soldier of Fortune deck for Casual?

I was thinking of building a Casual deck based off of doing pointless things such as shuffling a library. I was thinking of Soldier of Fortune and Boggart Forager. If all the cards could be less than 50 cents each that would be great.

It's an interesting Idea, but I don't know how exactly it would win the game... I suppose you could use something like Lantern of Insight to know what's on top of your opponents deck,then use the shuffle effects if you want to get rid of that card. There's a modern deck that does essentially just that, only instead of extra shuffle effects it uses cards like Codex Shredder and Ghoulcaller's Bell to gradually mill the opponent all while stopping them from drawing anything interesting.

you could probably do something similar, and use Cosi's Trickster as your win condition, since it appears to bethe only card that rewards you for making your oppoent shuffle a lot. Psychic Surgery could also be nice to keep your opponent off good cards.

So the deck would prbably look something like this(you could copy paste this directly into the Deckstats Deckbuilder if you wanted to see it all together):

8 Island
8 Mountain
4 Ghost Quarter #makes them shuffle and can get rid of good lands)

//Shuffle Payoffs
4 Cosi's Trickster
4 Psychic Surgery
4 Psychogenic Probe

//Shuffle Effects
4 Soldier of Fortune 
4 Boggart Forager
4 Extract # ~$2
4 Lantern of Insight # $3 because its the basis of a popular modern deck

//Other decent stuff
4 Lightning Bolt
4 Mana leak
2 Lightning Strike

The main idea would be that it can't win, but it just does something funny or amusing. Cards from the un- sets could also be used as it is casual
