I got a good idea for an addition to this: Quicksmith Rebel. Even if he gets destroyed imidiatly he can do 4 damage if you have Panharmonicon in play.

This deck seems strong but Red seems good only for unlincensed desintegration. Maybe another color would give the deck better ETB effects.
