I like all of it except the mana base, id work on it a little bit. You could also run Glimpse the Unthinkable, Snapcaster Mage, and Visions of Beyond. I'd personally find a tutor for Glimpse and a tutor for Isochron Scepter for a combo.

Visions is good tech
Left out glimpse because mill spells that just mill are not very fun to cast. I prefer janky recursive mill like Sphinx's Tutelage.
Idk why I didn't put in Snap
