Splendid Reclamation  might be a good consideration for this idea...

I like the deck in general, but I don't like very much the Swell of Growth because in the hands I've test-drawn I always play the lands soon enogh so most of the time I wouldn't have any to put from my hand. Not fan of Elemental Uprising (but maybe because I didn't see it in action). How about some Nissas? I like Nissa, Vital Force or Nissa, Worldwaker for this deck. I like the idea of explore to play additional lands if any and draw a card.
I think I would add two Nissas (one of each) and 2 or 3 explore, instead of Swell of Growth and one Elemental Uprising.
I'd like to test it against someone, but that's my opinion so far.

Personalmente creo que nissa, vital forcé puede ser muy buena opción.

Fundamental introducir Splendid Reclamation, para ir reponiendo las tierras muertas.

Que te parece elvish pioner o arbor elf? Puede ser interesante.

Y treetop village? Creo que puede encajar bien.

Y algo para parar criaturas como ambush viper, prey upon, fog, etc...
