Maybe I'm being old-school but isn't Galvanic Blast more useful than Dispatch?
and despite Golgari Grave Troll being banned I still run 1 Grafdigger's Cage in SB

Also, Etched Champion is quite a bit more useful now with Fatal Push in the mix. (not that it wasn't insanely useful before)

Overall I love this build, mine is very close.
