Maybe Bloodchief Ascension with Mindcrank combo, better than Waste Not, Liliana's Caress  and Quest for the Nihil Stone , for this deck. :)

Bloodchief Ascension too slow and Mindcrank is just worthless without the ascension being live.

i would remove Waste Not, Liliana's Caress  and Quest for the Nihil  aswell.

The problem with those cards are that at some point.
your opponent doesn't have cards to discard.

I think efficient creatures 2 quickly finish would be better.
Or perhaps things like The Rack , As they have a much better lasting effect.
