Suggestions Boros Human/Burn Deck

I'm looking for suggestions for the following deck please:

I'm very happy with the way the core of the deck plays (Champion, Thalia, Monastery, and blast components) - but it needs something extra.

I've tried Student of Warfare, Consul's Lieutenant, Field Marshall and Aether Vial in the main deck with varying degrees of success.

Maybe try Hanweir Garrison as a curve topper. Spitting out a pair of humans every attack makes Thalia's Lieutenant and Champion of the Parish even better. Kessig Malcontents could also be a nice payoff card if you find yourself being really wide. Maybe just as a sideboard option. Boros charm would be nice here too since all three modes are super relevant. Finally, Grim Lavamancer might be nice since he;s a human and also fits nicely with the burn theme.
