Vial Smasher the Fierce

So I bought Entrplopic Uprising and pillaged the deck for Nekusar shenanigans, but want to build an edh deck around vial smasher the fierce.  I intend to partner him with thrasios, triton hero... Anyone have any recommendations about must have cards to go with the duo?

I don't play much EDH, but something like Rashmi, Eternities Crafter would go nicely with Vial Smasher. I also imagine cards with suspend would be sweet, since when they come off suspend they are cast, so it can trigger a big Vial smasher without investing a lot of mana. Grater Gargadon and Deep-Sea Kraken come to mind. I guess you could also do delve cards for the same reason, like Murderous Cut, Tomb Stalker and Tasigur since their mana cost is huge, but you're able to play them for a lot less.

Just something to think about!
