Main strategy is copy and repeat but I'm still working on this one, hasn't been even played or even physically constructed yet. Simple yet can pack a good damage.

I like seeing somebody try and use Harness the Storm in Modern! It's a potentially insanely powerful card and I think you're on the right track for using it optimally. Thought scour seems especially good here since it fills your yard with more spells to Harness, and being able to copy one in your yard, making it UU: Draw 2, mill 4 seems insane.

Serum visions is sort of in the same boat, smooths out draws, give you another option on T1, and is really sweet with an active Harness.

instead of lightning shocks why not use lava spike?

That is also a good option, i made this deck modular so almost any spell posible can be copied,  recasted from graveyard or both, you can use it to get them hell with fire or get them mind drain by discarding their options from hand or deck or even both.

Why on earth would you not mainboard Lightning Bolt?  It is literally the best value damage in the game, especially when you can copy it over and over.  I would also replace Harness the Storm with Pyromancer Ascension. You could also consider Kiln Fiend to swing for big damage.

Of course you are right but this is what i have fiscally on deck, but im just waiting for them to arrive, for Pyromancer ascension i have discovered recently and it is also a excellent option, and for kiln fiend i think that storm chaser mage is better im still working on it since i was retired from playing 14 years ago im still catching up.

Any thought to Howl of the Horde here? Kind of exactly what the deck is trying to do for a specific price. Also, since we're on it, back to the combo I've been trying to get going for a while, Pyromancer's Goggles. Tap to cast any red spell and get two! Might be slower than you're looking for, though.
