Updated after testing.

4 bomat courier - Seems to best combination with asylum visitor to quickly clear hand and curve faster than Mardu Vehicle.
Changed to 3 planes walker with 3 CMC planes walker (Liliana & Saheeli) - To curve faster than Gideon in Mardu Vehicle while maintaining equal power thru synergies between  3-4 drops. Liliana + Balista / maverick topperist, Saheeli + maverick topperist/weldfast engineer/herald of anguish.
Metallic rebuke to sideboard - All in agro. Counter spell SB against combo decks.
Updated SB - for more competitive on the draw turn. 10 removal spells on the draw. 7 removal spells on the play.

Pros - Stronger Mid to Late Game against Mardu.
Cons - Weaker early game against Mardu.

This deck sacrifices early game power for better draw mechanism from mid to late game.
