You definitely need more than 12 lands.  I have been playing elves for a year now and I have found that even with a ton of creature ramp, 16-18 lands is optimal.  You need to not only be hitting your creature ramp but also your land drops.

Actually there are 16 lands in deck, 12 Forest + 4 Dryad Arbor (I prefer them than another 4 forest for the creature type)

I have every cards you listed (except cloudstone) but I don't know if there are really better. I need another "strategy" to finished the game on early turn (at the moment the best opportunity is trample with ezuri and khalni).
