Does mind sculpt make sense in this deck since you're winning by milling your Opponent  ?!?

It's a mill deck, for sure, but Mind Sculpt would have to take the place of another card in the deck that has a job to do. The deck relies on a critical mass of fogs, counters, and draw spells. There just isn't room for Mind Sculpt (or cards like it) in this strategy, unfortunately.
