For the deck itself it's not a bad build. My only recommendation is to focus more on the Amonkhet set that this came from. Reason being is that a lot of her abilities will be triggering off the -1/-1 counters so the set is already geared towards that. For example, if you were to look at the shadowmoor and scars of mirrodin sets you can see how much of an impact focusing on a mechanic was for the sets over aching  theme.

Well yeah but the problem is I'm not gonna buy cards for EDH unless it's a whole deck, and not budget, bc that's how I am. So these are the cards I already own. I used every amonkhet card that has synergy with Hapatra in the deck

Ok so how about looking at the lorwyn/Shadowmoor set? or the Scars of Mirrodin blocks? They have some good synergy when it comes to -1/-1 counters.
