Infinity loops are fun, I won on turn 4 against an abzan the other day w this deck (admittedly my opponent had no enchant removal and I had a perfect had but stil, very happy haha) . Not consistent at all but loads of fun when it works .
Infinite death loop plus blood artist or nest of scarabs and you either have the 17 million snake army or do 17 million damage.

I like negative counters as well. I found a few ways to strengthen the chances of getting a token / negative counter loop going, and added some wither creatures for defense. I found I needed a few more non token creatures to survive long enough to get combo - cant get it going turn 4 every game. Link is in my signature below. Very cool theme you have; the new Hour of Devastation card "The Scorpion God" would be good for you, and the new white enchantment Solemnity looks bad for both of us.

I havent considered Pyrrhic Victory or Cauldron Haze; those could be fun ways to make crazy large amounts of negative counters in my deck. Thanks for the inspiration.

Here is the advice part: you will need better creatures. Unless you hit the right lands and the right cards, you will have to stall for time to draw - scarscale ritual is great, IF you have a creature to put the counter on. Otherwise, it sits in your hand. I know, I tried it. Your wincon is still a million tokens, but a few beefier creatures, or scary deathtouch/wither/infect will either keep you alive against faster decks hitting you, or make it unprofitable to attack you. Don't rely on having tokens is my best advice.

Also, why do you have the fetchland for forest/mountain in there? I didn't see any red mana costs but I looked somewhat quickly. There's at least one new land that sacs itself for making negative counter.
