New to Magic.Need suggestions

I know there are too many random cards. My main focus for this is wanting the opponent to have 0 cards in hand (persecute, rats) and take damage from that (rack shrieking affliction)  each turn. Thanks for any help.

There r 2 different rats that make your opponents hand size smaller, I can't remember the name and I have to go, but see if you can find them

Funeral Charm (instant speed discard spell, once they're top decking you get rid of the card they drew for turn lol)
Wrench Mind (most don't run artifacts, so this should get you card advantage)
Horrifying Revelations (1 mana discard and mill? HELL YES!)
