Ok then, I have a few suggestions that may help you out then. First off welcome to magic the gathering, now lets get started:
1) in magic the gathering there are various sets that have themes for every set. Since the majority of your cards are from the Shadows over Innistrad set then I would highly suggest building your deck around. The creatures are going to be a big part of this deck in how it plays. They are your first line of defense and depending on the deck should also be your base line for offense.
2) Spells are the support of the deck. They will help
lure your opponent into traps, make great combat plays, and shape the board as you need to. Any spell you place in this deck should help push the deck closer towards the end goal of the deck.
3) Once you've decided your base core for this deck you should next look at your options and work towards improving the quality of the deck. It's your deck, so it has to feel comfortable when you play it.
Looking at your deck I understand that Life-gain is important but having a lot of life does nothing if you're not advancing your own board state. Incorporate life gain into the deck but have a game play strategy that is more direct and makes a greater impact on the enemy. What do you think of this so far?
