Esper Milling and Dealing

After seeing Fraying Sanity, I immediately wanted see it work. I figured putting it in a delve/ discard shell would work best. Between all the discard spells you do to your opponent and all the self milling you do for card advantage, Fraying Sanity acts as a cool clock all while you still do your esper thang.
