I'm guessing that Sliver Queen is the Commander? In which case you could set up some infinite combos to win the game.

Ashnod's Altar + Training Grounds + Sliver Queen = Infinite sliver tokens, Infinite colorless mana
Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth + Sliver Queen = Infinite colorless mana, generating infinite sliver tokens

With either of these combos, you can use Mass Hysteria, Blur Sliver, or Heart Sliver to give those tokens haste, and attacking in huge numbers.

I have tried to make a few improvements to this deck:

Essentially I tried to make it more consistent and added a few combos.
