Ixalan Tribal

So looks like Ixalan will fill in the white vampires that the Commander 2017 deck is missing... Like they made it red black white to ensure demand for Ixalan vamps. Bishop of Rebirth looks promising.  So does the Dark Apostle.  Ixalan will definitely be packing Tribal cards to support all of the Tribes, such as Unclaimed Territory and Vanquisher's Banner.  Still trying to figure out why Pirates and Dinosaurs.

IIRC, Wizards confirmed the color choice for the c17 vampire deck included white as Ixilan would have "nice vampires" - rumor of them being an undead, alternate reality version of conquistadors.

Pirates have a small tribe already, and something had to go with the 'lost treasure city' theme. I expect crime, vandalism, and monkeytheft.

Dinosaurs - all I can figure is they were short on giant stomper archtypes in the meso/south american theme. Biggest land animals are rats (capyberra) and mutant pigs (tapir) and they are not exactly menacing. Can't do 12 different jaguars or anacondas, as cats just got 8 years worth of tribal support and Wizards couldn't decide how many of the giant snakes should probably be naga creature type instead.
