What is this?? Some Pauper? I don't understand any of these card choices, they all seem sooooo bad. Your curve is bad, the land count is low and there are much better cards to choose from in Legacy. Why Blessed Wind over Oketra's Last Stand? Why Exise over Swords to Plowshares? I'm assuming budget, but this deck wouldn't win 1 game EVER in the Legacy format.

This is a running project where I make decks from each set in Magic's history. Every card in the deck was printed in the Prophecy block, which is why the deck is neither high-powered nor using the most popular cards.
So yeah, I know it's bad. But I'm trying to make one deck every day to learn about Magic, so not every day is going to be great.
