This deck is pretty nice. I like the setup but there is 1 question. are you actually gonna use this in a modern tournament?

I have used this in a modern tournament.  I lost my first match against a "red deck wins" that ran some heavy burn (went 0-2).  I won my next two matches pretty easily (2-0), and lost my last match (1-2) to a U/W control deck that ran lots of removal and counters.

alright im glad it works but... you know its an illegal deck right? but besides that it is a really nice deck setup although i can see where burn can really bite. I'm gonna do a modern tomorrow using a Dimir mill deck.

I did not know that.  What makes it illegal?

Ponder is banned in modern. it was a card that (was stupidly) added to the modern banned list.

hey, nice deck! btw, what do you think about Cloudshift and Momentary Blink? I know they're not permanents but maybe they could help you lower the curve
