I really enjoy the concept of primal surge slivers, and I have been working on my list for a while. An issue I'm having is a lack of recursion.  One solution I found to bring back creatures was phyrexian reclamation.

Phyrexian Reclamation is already in this decklist, but another option would be Oversold Cemetery.  She's not a Sliver, but Meren can be an incredibly powerful recursion engine.
