Just cut the Blue, there is really no need to splash that for three main deck Negate or anything else in your sideboard... You should better go with Gruul and include some Sweltering Suns and move Chandra, Torch of Defiance to the main deck since she's an absolute powerhouse in Standard in my opinion.
