I deal damage via discarding my opponent's card with "Liliana's Caress" and "the RACK" and "Affliction" It's a long process to win but it pay outs. ACTUALLY WORK

Harsh Scrutiny è decisamente scarso, anche Wrench Mind e Raven's Crime non sono granché.
Mancano Dark Ritual e Hymn to Tourach, io aggiungerei la terza Liliana of the Veil e pure 3 Cabal Therapy, che con Bitterblossom ci stanno bene.
In generale, hai troppi scartini e nessuna creatura, la prima che mi viene in mente è Nezumi Shortfang, che può tranquillamente sostituire Shrieking Affliction, ma te ne servono altre.
Altre carte che sicuramente ti servono sono Umezawa's Jitte, che va bene con Bitterblossom e aiuta contro aggro, e Ensnaring Bridge, che con Liliana fa praticamente lock.
Io farei 2 e 2.

Non doveva essere un mazzo Legacy ma Modern; pardon. Quelle carte in modern sono più che buone. Tengo di conto del commento per un mazzo alternativo Legacy. Harsh Scrutiny come scartino è scarso, ma è ottimo per lo scry 1. Se ho già terre e sto per pescarne un'altra posso metterla in fondo al mazzo, da non sotto valutare. Il mazzo è ancora in divenire e devo testarlo sul campo, ma sono fiducioso.
