Seems like a lot of sign in Blood. Have you considered switching the Nighthawk over to Gifted Aetherborn? they are a little more efficient.
Also, you should be running at least 8 fetches, 4 Mutavault and 2-4 Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth....
I think Fatal Push is much better than Victim of the Night as well.
It is an interesting take on a very cool deck. I ran vampires for quite a while.

In my opinion, you should cut 1 or 2 Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth and go for Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx instead. Of course it's nice to tap your Mutavault for black mana, but still you don't want to end up drawing Urborg twice or even more often!
