The basis for a nice tribal is there.
suggestions :
- 26 lands is way too much. Not sure where you'll end up but I expect it to be around 20.
- Oran-Rief, the vastwood : 2 copies seems the right number.
- Cavern of Souls may come in handy
- get some mana ramp : the Arbor Elf / Utopia Sprawl Engine could be perfect for this
- 4 copies of Deranged hermit is a must.
- Coat of arms max 1
- Vanquisher's Banner max 2
- Nut Collector seems not worth the cost.

I'd run this with Recurring Nightmare ( sac a Squirrel token, recur the Hermit etc ), some tutoring, buried alive maybe and some removal, no worries there with black in the mix.

I agree with everything Borg said.
The Nut Collector is only going to be decent if you can slam it early, and have threshold at the same time which is very unlikely.
Bringing in a reanimation sub-theme to recur the deranged hermits seems fun imo

It seems to me like a random card Pile with some cards with a Squirrel-Print, created in 2 minutes...
