If you want to build a BR Pirat Aggro Deck, you can put the best Pirats up to 4 in the Deck e.g. Dire Fleet Captain or Headstrong Brute. Also you have to play more creatures and also you can put the best removal or burn cards up to 4 e.g. Lightning Strike or Doomfall. But of you have a higher budget you can also play cards like Fatal Push or something.

You need to use less different cards and more copies of the same card in order to increase stats: you must choose the cards you want to play, and use more copies of this card. When you do this, the deck will be much more stable. Then, upload the new deck, it will be better than this.
