Hey, interesting version. The addition of ruin raider could keep the deck from running out of gas, as you could experienced it. You might have found a lead to explore here. Well done!
But I feel like you might need more lifegain to play this version.  Mark of vampire is good but quite expensive to cast. and when you reach those 4 lands, you will probably want to cast You should not have 3 of them. Maybe you could mix it with Prepare // fight or Rush of Vitality.
Or you could switch for the combo Cartouche of Ambition / trial of ambition that will give you some removal as well.

Anyway, you need to play some games to see how it will work and identify the strength and weakness. I will just do the following adjustments before the first try:
-1 Mark of Vampire
+1 Vampire's zeal or another Pump spell.
And for the manabase, I am not sur Aether Hub should be in it. Evolving wild should be enough to get you starting. I believe you should keep it simple and see how it runs:
-3 Aether Hub
-1 unclaimed territory
+2 plains
+2 swamp

Its pretty solid so far, however now it has a slow start sometimes.  I am just trying to figure out what needs to be tweaked.

I think vampires' deck will soon be back in serious business :
New very interesting cards will pop out with  Elenda, the Dusk Rose and Legion Lieutenant
So vampire token will be deadly again.
