I'm interested in making this deck, but i need it more Budget/low price, can you please give me some advice to make it real??

I played Jhoira of the Ghitu before i had Nahiri, the Harbinger. But you can also just play other scry spells like Opt more often until you get your Aetherworks Marvel.
Also I played It that Betrays and the Darksteel Colossus instead of the Eldrazi Titans.
If Path to Exile is to Expensive, consider playing Lighting Bolt or Mana Leak...
