Competitive Color Changing

I've been wanting to create a pauper color changing deck that competes against other tier one pauper decks.

This is what I have come up with so far:

I've put a lot of thought and love into the brew, but its always good to get another set of eyes who might know about a card I missed that would make it better.

I'd think Red Elemental blast should be the 4 of because of counterspells
