Probably better in 90% of scenarios to wait until turn 3 to play your creature unless your opponent has no interaction at all

Also, since you tend to do nothing on t1 anyways a duress effect would be nice to have in the deck

Interesting idea, but the other cards you have there can be easily swiched for better, for example Reach Through Mists is good only if you have deck on arcanes. In this deck, way more beter is Opt. Also better than Think Twice can be Anticipate.
