why cabal therapy over thoughtseize?
I think Therapy is just a better/stronger card in a deck with Gitaxian Probe and Young Pyromancer for theeasy flashback.
I also see the point for Thoughtseize, as it easier to play (nothing to name) and does "feed" the shadow. But i would still never play more than 2 discard spells regaless wich one u choose.

And for Angler: in a Fatal Push heavy meta i would replace 1 Pyromancer and 1 Lavamancer with 2 Angler i think. But in my List idont play any, because Claim//Faim can return any other creature from the grave and Lavamancer + Angler is pretty bad Synergie. I just like Lavamancer more

I think Death's Shadow is too cute. Swords to Plowshares is the second most used removal spell in Legacy, next to Fatal Push. I also think that Unearth is just strictly better than Claim // Fame. It lets you get CMC 3 or less creatures, so in your list you could get back your Izzet Staticcaster too and if you don't need it, you can cycle it. It's also really sweet if you're playing True-Name Nemesis, because most decks only way mainboard dealing with TNN is making you discard it. Bringing it back with Unearth feels amazing. This was the Grixis list I was running. I know, I know, no Deathrite. Deck ran fine without it.

Counts : 60 main / 15 sideboard

Creatures:12
2 Snapcaster Mage
4 Young Pyromancer
2 True-Name Nemesis
3 Gurmag Angler
1 Tombstalker

Spells:30
4 Brainstorm
4 Cabal Therapy
2 Fatal Push
4 Gitaxian Probe
4 Lightning Bolt
4 Ponder
2 Unearth
2 Kolaghan's Command
4 Force of Will

Lands:18
1 Badlands
1 Bloodstained Mire
2 Island
1 Mountain
3 Polluted Delta
4 Scalding Tarn
1 Swamp
3 Underground Sea
1 Verdant Catacombs
1 Volcanic Island

Sideboard:15
2 Baleful Strix
2 Flusterstorm
1 Nihil Spellbomb
2 Red Elemental Blast
2 Surgical Extraction
2 Diabolic Edict
1 Marsh Casualties
1 Umezawa's Jitte
2 Blood Moon

I hope everyone realises that this is a budget version ment to be played without dual lands. So any suggestios for deck with actual dual lands are alread, of the limit. At least for my part. I hope u understand

There are plenty of duals that are cheap. Things like Dragonskull Summit are really cheap

I would not consider Dragonskull Summit as "Dual" as it has none Basic Land types and is therefor not fetchable. Fetchlands are essential for a Brainstorm Deck. Also it would enter the Battlefield tapped on turn 1, the worst nightmare for any legacy player (except 12 post)

But it is a dual, it taps for 2 colors hence the term "dual"
