Yes. Since this is a casual "just for fun deck," my playgroup agreed to let me alter his mana cost to {G}{R}{W}{U} instead of {1}{R}{W}{U}, so that Santa can have access to elves and reindeer :)

Sorry, my mistake. Zedruu is the commander with the mana cost alteration I mentioned. K&T are in the 99. Sorry for the confusion.
