Well, damage can help if you kill your opponent's creatures. The main combo is still pulling
Polyraptor
through the
Forerunner of the Empire
and casting
Heroic Intervention
the same turn you cast
Polyraptor
for infinite creature damage and
Polyraptor
's, because the point of the deck is to get enough
Polyraptor
's to win while crippling the opponent indirectly.

So what you want to do is add some non-lethal wraths to this deck. That way you can continue to
deal damage
to your own creatures and get effect triggers. Also it's an instant so that works out if you want to play it on your opponent's turn.
