(BUDGET 60 card deck) Gruul Sadist Deck (Kher Keep + Skullclamp)

Deck explodes with mana ramping and getting lil guy tokens on the battle field, the more the player mana ramps, the more tokens can be placed down (the 1/1 kind) which is handy cause we going to kill em ourselves!

WHY? go through the EFFORT to mana ramp to get these tokens out and just pop em our selves you maybe inquiring?

Skull FUDGING Clamp.....

SAY WITH ME NOW DRAW ENGINE WITH EXPLOSIVE MANA = fun

We mana ramp, use that mana to make tokens then sac em using skullclamp to draw which keeps the loop going.

Hope Tender / engineer / kher keep / Pyro makes tokens. Goblinslide also makes tokens

Skullclamps clamps on puny 1/1 and kills and getting to draw 2 cards

Mana dork mystic and emissary  while rampant growth helps fuel the mana ramping

elixir and nature's spiral are to keep the train chugging along

Things to consider
4 Basilisk collar lol lifelink
4 Rancor too good
4 Faithless Looting more draw and getting rid of any unwanted lands in hand by swapping them out for stuff more useful
4 Wild Cantor Quicker mana dork but it only really fixes coloring problems I guess
4 Initiate's Companion a stronger hope tender card that allows untapping
4 Monastery Swiftspear beefy cake that stabs people
4 Vexing Devil a fun and sweet choice card (epscially since nature spiral and elixir of immortality can bring it back

sideboard cards that can deal with stuff (like opponent's cards and etc.)

Any tips and tricks for the deck? let me know

And PLEASE don't list this as vintage. This is NOT VINTAGE. If you want to make a budget vintage deck make a $2,000 dredge deck because that's as cheap as it gets. This is just casual.

Swarm with tokens after being satisfied with drawing/ramping. When you can make 4-10 tokens each turn.

Yes because it's true. This wouldn't last even a turn in Vintage

I think the deck isn't bad at all and a good approach, but I agree it wouldn't keep up with the top decks in Vintage at all...

Maybe trying to change it a little for another format will do the trick of it being a competitive alternative. If Vintage isn't your goal in general...
