You need far more ramp, and remove th rituals. Remove the entire cascade category and grapeshot. Add almost every tutor, as well as, wheel of fortune and timetwister. Remove all the creatures in your draw category because they're bad as well as slight of hand and reforge the soul. Keep only chain of vapor as removal, and possibly abrupt decay. Good suggestions, I never fully committed to the storm idea until recently, I think where it's at now feels pretty smooth. I like removal because I play in groups where the strongest doesn't always win, people like gang up on the big guy from the get-go.
