You can try running Rule of Law. With opponent only casting one spell on their turn. It really stalls the game to a halt.
I also recommend considering Luminarch Ascension. Making 4/4 Angels for 2 mana is fun

Rule of Law is good but it doesn't work because Isochron Scepter cast spells under it :)

Have you thought about splashing Red? Having bolt under sceptor is amazing for dorks or zoo decks. It also means electrilize is also a good control card.
