100% value town all the way.
blood
braid into a bunch good stuff. playing blue for jace and other value cards also
ghostly flicker
so you can cascade a
blood
braid twice.
This deck is also for the build a jace competition

The cascade abillity won't trigger again, because it ís a cast-trigger, not a EtB-trigger. You are not casting it again with
ghostly flicker
.

You could use
release to the wind
instead of
ghostly flicker
, that will work with
bloodbraid elf
.
